Honoring widows in our community

by meeting their needs with willing and able hands

Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this:
to visit orphans and widows in their distress,
and to keep oneself unstained by the world.
- James 1:27 (NASB)

With age comes decreased ability and increased fragility. For those who are elderly and alone, even the smallest of tasks - such as weeding the flower bed, changing a light bulb, moving a piece of furniture - can appear as a mountain to them.

Remaining in their own homes is often the most desirable - and affordable - option for seniors. But it means they might need a little helping hand once in a while.

Let’s honor the elderly widows in our community by restoring their dignity and sharing our abilities with them.

About Us

MANuP was started by Terry Doyle in 2017. After seeing her own mother's experience managing a home and work, and retiring while being on her own, she was inspired to start an organization to help other women in similar situations.
